cadence st. john

Today I went to The Airliner in downtown L.A., to see my friends Pressure Point. They are one of the best Oi bands of all time in my opinion. They always have the crowd in the palm of their hand. It’s just all heart and soul. Mike just brings so much energy and passion to their music and shows. I will have an interview with Pressure Point front man Mike Ericson very soon. They had a new album coming out on the 30th of Sept. This is always exciting because they are an always evolving band.

Mike Ericson from Pressure Point and Cadence St. John

When I was younger, I don’t know, about seven years ago, I went to a Pressure Point show. It was the second time I saw them live and I feel the same way I do now about them. I met Mike that night and was instantly enamored of him. How he holds himself and his shows are always amazing. Now, knowing him for this long, I still have admiration for him but I also know he’s human, just like the rest of us. You’ll learn more about Mike, Pressure Point and his other projects when the interview goes up on the site.

On another note, that night I met my currant boyfriend. He was this hot young thing I called Young Blue Eyes. He was so sexy in his boots and braces, all dressed the part as a good little skinhead, by the way he was the ripe old age of 17. Oh yeah I was rocking the cradle,I decided that he was going to be my new play toy. The sad thing is that his best friend, who had been trying to fuck me for quite some time, made the mistake of introducing me to him. Long story short he was already drunk when we met, didn’t have a ride back to his place and wanted more liquor; what’s a girl(who happens to be 21 at the time) to do? So I bought him and his best friend more whiskey and took him back to his parents place; I know romantic. While they proceeded to get completely loaded, I was trying to find a way to get Young Blue Eyes in the sack. In all reality, all I needed to do was go over to him and make the first move seeing as he was so drunk by this time. Let’s just say that things went down in the worst-great way and little old me got her fill for the night and the next night and the next. It was beautiful. I am still getting my fill to this day.

Anyhow, here are some pictures from the show. I know I am a great photographer, you don’t have to tell me.

XOXO, C~

  5. I was the vocalist for Baby Punchers a American Hardcore/Thrash Punk band. I was the only Skin in the band. But we broke up because our guitarist wanted to take the band in a different direction and we wouldn’t have a part of it.
