So, the other day I did a shoot with Sea J the other day and it was not only a really hot experience, it was also a very new experience. It was a body paint shoot, I was going for a whole “Goldfinger” thing because I love James Bond films.
It ended up with me being painted a golden tan, my tattoos being covered in the process. It was kind of interesting to see myself in that light, I have never been tan and I haven’t been without tattoos for a decade. My tattoos are a huge part of me, they tell a story, a life. Seeing who I could be and seeing that the image of yourself is so important microscopically and macroscopically. You don’t want it to matter but it does. I would never want to be a typical! That tan blond, that was manufactured for mass consumption. It made me love myself even more. It’s not the first time I’ve played a kind of blond bimbo. I think it’s entertaining and sometimes hilarious to have different roles; considering the roles I usually get- dominant, harsh. Anyhow, I saw myself for the first time how I could have been if I didn’t grow up the way I did. It was a little daunting, to know I could have had a completely different life. Not necessarily a life wanted but just different; different values, ideals, ego.
I had a great time, finally got to do a sex scene with Seaj and had a eye opener. I loved it. Here are some photos from it, you’ll see what I mean.
